I am not really sure how this interest started. I first found out about
beanie babies on a cable shopping network program. My daughter and
grand-daughter filled me in on what the beanie babies were. I bought our
first two, Bernie and Pugsley, because I used to have two Saint Bernards
and my used to have a pug dog, which was also named Pugsly. Next we got a
couple of farm animals, Squealer and Strut. After that, we have amassed
quite a collection!
